Cook and eat

A variety of balanced meals are prepared, many that the clients have not prepared before and/or rarely eat. Along with providing a balanced and healthy diet, there is a drive to encourage Asian women to occasionally cook alternatives to curry. The aim of each session is to alert users to why eating healthy is an essential and important part of our life and how the food we eat impact on our physical, emotional and mental health and getting them to ‘cook and eat’ healthy meals.
